The initial inquiry forms are processed and transmitted through Formspree for service coordination and replies only. Do not submit identity documents, medical reports, full medical histories, diagnoses, medication details or detailed trauma histories.
The studio processes submitted information only as needed for initial inquiries and explaining service processes. Form content is not sent as an analytics event parameter; third-party platforms also process data under their own rules.
How form data is used and processed
Information from the individual form is used only to understand individual or family needs, explain services and arrange contact. Institutional form information is used only to understand organizational context, partnership needs, contact arrangements and project discussion.
Both forms are processed and forwarded through Formspree. Unless a longer period is required for legal, safety or formal service-record purposes, initial inquiry information is retained for no more than six months and is then securely deleted or anonymized.
To request access to, correction of or deletion of submitted information, use the website’s Contact Us entry.
Contact through WeChat
If you contact Studio Support through WeChat, subsequent communication takes place within WeChat and is subject to WeChat’s own privacy and data-processing rules.
For your first message, please avoid sending full medical histories, medical reports, diagnoses, medication information, identity documents, trauma histories or other unnecessary sensitive information.
This website cannot control data storage, transmission or account-security mechanisms within WeChat.

Initial InquiryTool Privacy
Self-Reflection and Guided Self-Support Tools
Responses to self-reflection tools are processed only within the user’s current browser by default. The studio does not receive or store individual answers, scores, or results.
Anything written during a pen-and-paper exercise remains with the user. The website cannot see, upload, store, or analyze the content written on paper.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, the current tool state is cleared when the page is refreshed, closed, or left. Ordinary technical logs may still be generated when a page is visited, but the website does not intentionally include individual psychological choices, scores, results, or paper content in analytics events.
